Our blends, combined with your intention, are powerful on their own. But if you want or need to level up that intention, pair your blend with these subtle techniques to reclaim your presence instantly.


The Anytime, Anywhere Ritual
(Breath Techniques & Soul Whispers)

1. Apply: Roll your Frankie Scents blend of choice onto your favourite pulse points (wrists, temples, or behind the ears).

2. Inhale: Take a moment to deeply breathe in the botanical tones.

3. Choose: If you feel like a deeper reset, choose your breath technique and/or your soul whispers that meet you where you are.


Breath Techniques

My Favourite: The 4-7-8 Reset

This is my personal go-to for an instant nervous system reset. I love this technique because the specific rhythm forces your mind to focus on the count, making it nearly impossible for "busy" thoughts to take over.

Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.

Hold a gentle, soft breath for 7 seconds.

Exhale slowly and completely through your nose for 8 seconds.

Why it works: Prolonged exhales trigger your vagus nerve. This instantly slows your heart rate, signals safety to your brain, and switches your body from "fight or flight" into deep rest and or reset.

Start where you are:
If 4-7-8 feels like too much of a stretch initially, start smaller with a 2-3-4 count and gradually build up. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s just giving yourself a moment to breathe.


Other Techniques

Triangle Breathing

• Inhale for 4 seconds.

• Hold for 4 seconds.

• Exhale for 4 seconds.

Why it works:
The balanced rhythm creates an even, steady flow of oxygen. This quickly clears mental fog, anchors your attention, and helps regulate spikes in emotion.


Box Breathing

• Inhale for 4 seconds.

• Hold for 4 seconds.

• Exhale for 4 seconds.

• Hold for 4 seconds.

Why it works: The equal four-part structure acts as a fast-acting circuit breaker for stress. It balances your nervous system, rapidly reducing anxiety while building sharp mental clarity.


Intentions & Soul Whispers

Use these as a mental reset to "flip the switch" on your energy. You can say these silently to yourself as you apply your oil, or any time you need a shift:

• "I am grounded, I am present, and I am capable."

• "I release what is heavy; I welcome what is light."

• "I inhale peace and exhale noise."

• "I release the energy that no longer serves me."
